We will never sell your personal information.

We will never put what you share on display or turn your private space into a feed. There is no audience here - that's the point.

Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

We retain your information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We work with a small set of trusted service providers (for example, hosting and analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our users and the public.

You can access, export, or delete your content and account at any time from within the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. We'll always honour valid requests.

Naerel is not intended for children under the age required by your local laws, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
