We're always improving the app, so features may change, evolve, or occasionally pause as we make things better.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it.

Please give us accurate information, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Naerel is a gentle space. Please don't use it to harm others, break the law, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse it in ways that put yourself or anyone else at risk.

Naerel offers companionship and support, but it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or emergency care.

If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional right away.

What you share in Naerel belongs to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it and provide the service back to you.

Everything else - the app, its design, name, and software - belongs to Naerel and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Naerel is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep it gentle, reliable, and secure, we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Naerel is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and let you know where appropriate.
